Born in 1921 (Taisho 10). Raised in Taketa City, Oita Prefecture. At the age of 37, he entered Taiheiyo Art School, studied under Shiko Munakata the following year, and became a member of the Japan Board. In addition to being active in the Pacific Exhibition, he was invited to exhibit at the CWAJ Contemporary Print Exhibition.

Participated in the exhibition of Shiko Munakata's four major disciples. Shiko Munakata always taught me, Look at the monsters, put out the monsters, draw the monsters.

" As he spends his days in anguish in search of "monsters, he encounters Santoka Taneda's collection of haiku, Somokuto. Since then, he has produced works that express the worldview of Santoka's haiku. He has held many solo exhibitions at home and abroad.

Passed away at the age of 93 on September 15, 2014. Since it is an old frame, there are threads etc.
