This book summarizes the respective origins of Superman and Batman, translated into Japanese by Shogakukan Productions (SHOPRO) of Japan in 1996. At the time, the mainstream comic translation in Japan was Marvel Comics (X-Men), but this is a book about DC Comics' Superman and Batman that was published in full force. The title suggests a crossover, but it is the story of the birth of each.

Writer: John Byrne's THE MAN OF STEEL #1 and 2. BATMAN #404, 405 (BATMAN YEAR ONE) by writer Frank Miller. These are included in the book.
